Hello to everyone out there in the Blogverse. This is Eldest Son reporting to you from the blog of Dwayne. Myself, Dad, Lovely Wife, and one of my good friends were at dinner the other evening and a passing reference to an old story my friend and I have related to Dad many times was made and he insisted that I guest blog to share it with you. So without further ado.....
Myself, Youngest (my little bro), Friend, and Freind's Little Bro were all at Friend's house one afternoon entertaining ourselves with a healthy mix of Nintendo and Star Wars CCG when Friend and his Little Bro began one of their frequent arguments. As with many other, this argument degenrated into a wrestling match and Friend's Little Bro was "accidentally" pushed into Friend's bedframe. He just happened to run into the low bedpost with his groin, causing him a great deal of discomfort and, being as he was a younger boy at the time, welling his eyes up with tears. Friend's Mom rushed in to the room to see what all the commotion was about and the yelling match commenced. She wanted to know why FLB was on the floor crying and Friend was trying to maintain his innocence.
(Just a little side note here. The whole time this is going on I am cracking up because it was absolutely hilarious. Have you ever tried to take your best friend's angry mom seriously after you've just seen the funniest thing in your life? I'm pretty sure this is not possible. Anyway....)
When Friend's Mom asked FLB what happened he stood up and exclaimed loudly, "I HIT MY THAT (pointing to his groin) ON THAT!!!!! (pointing to the bedpost). Needless to say, since I was already having diffculty keeping a straight face through the whole ordeal, I just lost it right there. Myself, Youngest, and Friend just fell over laughing so hard we were crying, much to the continued anger of Friend's Mom. In the end FLB realized the hilarity of the whole situation after his pain had subsided and Friend's Mom threw up her hands in disgust and stomped out of the room.
Hope you enjoyed the guest post. Let Dad know if you want any more funny stories from the Eldest.
