Went on a little road trip & picked up several photos
This is a sheet metal sign that at one time had a wonderful little guy hammering away at sheet metal. How great would that have been? This is located on 10th street just east of May in Oklahoma City, OK

Next in Tulsa on 11th (route 66) is the Brookshire Motel. I talked to the owner, Norm, who was telling me that everytime he fixes the sign, it hails and destroys the sign. He gets about 3 people a week taking photos of the Brookshire.
The Tower theater in Springfield MO on Glenstone was built in 1938 and sat vacant for several years. Clear Channel moved in about 8 years ago.
