Even the mice are hunchbacked

Charles has quite often talked about highpriced real-estate. I don't think any that he has listed has hit $4300 a sq ft. and this is for a closet!!!! 77 sq ft big, it's going for $335,000. Oh, & get this: It would take an extra $59,000 to make it livable with things like electricty & water.

I'm convinced that I could sell the basement of an outhouse to a Brit if it was near Hyde park.
